Where is the event located?
Dallas Secured will be located at The Joule - 530 Main Street | Dallas, Texas 75201 | P: 214.748.1300

Do I need to book my own hotel room?
Yes. If you need a hotel room please book it directly here: Dallas Secured Booking Link

Is there parking available?
Yes, for those staff members driving in we will have complimentary parking available.

Who is covering my T&E?
All of your travel expenses will be billed back to your department. Please submit all of your expenses through Concur via standard company policy.

What is my role at the event?
We will run through specifics of your role at our staff all-hands ‘know before you go’ meeting. All Barracuda staff should be prepared to represent Barracuda and be available to connect with any customers and partners at the event.

When should I arrive at the event?
Please plan to arrive by 9:00 AM on October 21st.

Can I host my customer/partner after the event for dinner?
Yes, the reception will close at 5:30 PM - you are welcome to arrange dinners post-event. Please plan to get approval from your manager before arranging.

Will food be provided?
Yes, you will be provided with breakfast, lunch and drinks and snacks at our afternoon reception.

When does the event begin?
The event will begin with breakfast on October 21st at 9:00 AM. Sessions will start at 9:30 AM.
